槟城艺术特区（Penang Art District）为发掘年轻艺术家而办的Spotlight比赛迈入第2年，反应热烈，共征收到86件作品，比往年翻倍。 杨顺兴：槟艺术特区扮演要角 槟州旅游发展、艺术、文化及古迹委员会主席杨顺兴说，这项比赛公开予30岁及以下的艺术家参与，是供发声、发挥和表现艺术才能的平台。他说，槟城艺术特区在建立和维护槟州艺术生态上扮演重要角色，也吸引来自各地的艺术家到槟探索、实验和参与艺术活动。比赛主任沙尔敏指出，评审以三个提问为标准评分，即：你要表现什么？你如何表现？呈现出来的作品素质如何？她认为，上述提问涵盖的是一个艺术家的所思所想和关怀。她劝勉参赛者无论得奖与否，未来都要继续通过各种管道，包括比赛、艺廊、艺术节，或者自己策展，持续耕耘和发表。 阅读全文章: https://www.sinchew.com.my/content/content_2148276.html
