槟城艺术特区(Penang Art District)为发掘年轻艺术家而办的Spotlight比赛迈入第2年,反应热烈,共征收到86件作品,比往年翻倍。 杨顺兴:槟艺术特区扮演要角 槟州旅游发展、艺术、文化及古迹委员会主席杨顺兴说,这项比赛公开予30岁及以下的艺术家参与,是供发声、发挥和表现艺术才能的平台。他说,槟城艺术特区在建立和维护槟州艺术生态上扮演重要角色,也吸引来自各地的艺术家到槟探索、实验和参与艺术活动。比赛主任沙尔敏指出,评审以三个提问为标准评分,即:你要表现什么?你如何表现?呈现出来的作品素质如何?她认为,上述提问涵盖的是一个艺术家的所思所想和关怀。她劝勉参赛者无论得奖与否,未来都要继续通过各种管道,包括比赛、艺廊、艺术节,或者自己策展,持续耕耘和发表。 阅读全文章: https://www.sinchew.com.my/content/content_2148276.html
